Why do I need a care plan?
Websites need looking after. Software gets security updates, things can break, and small jobs pile up. A care plan keeps your site secure, fast and current, and means you have someone to call when you need a change made.
Do you make my content edits for me?
Yes. Every plan includes edits, and the amount of hands-on time goes up with the tier. On our Next.js sites this is how all changes are made, you email us and we handle it. On WordPress, we're happy to take edits off your plate too.
What's the difference between the plans?
All three cover updates, backups, security and monitoring. Plus adds daily backups, priority support and an hour of edits a month. Pro adds phone support, two hours of edits and a monthly performance report. Pick the one that matches how hands-on you'd like us to be.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no long contracts. We just ask for 30 days' notice, and you're never locked in.
Do you look after sites you didn't build?
Yes, we're happy to take over an existing site. We'll do a quick health check first to understand the setup and make sure everything's in good shape before we start.
