Questions people ask
Why do I need a care plan?
Software needs security updates, backups need taking and checking, and sooner or later something needs changing. A care plan means all of that is handled, and you have one person to ask when you need something.
Do you make my content edits for me?
Yes, on Plus and Pro. Small changes are included on Plus, and Pro adds priority support and room for bigger changes. On a Next.js site this is how all changes are made: you tell me what you need and I do it. On WordPress you can still make your own edits whenever you like.
What's the difference between the plans?
All three cover UK hosting, an SSL certificate, daily backups, monitoring and security. Plus adds small changes each month. Pro adds priority support and bigger changes. Pick the one that matches how hands-on you'd like me to be.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts on care plans, so you can cancel whenever you like.
Do you look after sites you didn't build?
Yes. I'll do a quick health check first to understand how the site is set up and make sure it's in good shape before I take it on.
