How much does a website cost with Web Cardiff?
Next.js websites start from £600 and WordPress websites from £800. E-commerce sites start from £1,800. Every price is a one-off build cost with no hidden extras, and we agree the final quote before any work begins.
What are the ongoing monthly costs?
Every site needs hosting, so our Essential care plan at £10/month is the minimum. It includes UK hosting, SSL, daily backups, security updates and uptime monitoring. Plus (£20/month) adds up to 30 minutes of content changes each month, and Pro (£30/month) adds priority replies, larger changes and a quarterly SEO check-in.
How does the Pay Monthly plan work?
Pay Monthly is £99 per month with a one-off £99 setup fee and a 12-month minimum term, then rolling monthly. It bundles your website build, UK hosting, maintenance, security and up to 30 minutes of changes each month into one price, so there's no large upfront cost.
Should I choose WordPress or Next.js?
We recommend Next.js for most businesses: it's faster, more secure and better value at £600. Choose WordPress (£800) if you want to log in and manage all of your content yourself through a familiar admin dashboard.
How do payments work?
For one-off builds we take a 50% deposit before work begins and the remaining 50% on completion. There are no surprise fees; the only ongoing cost is your care plan from £10/month.
