Pricing questions
Are there any other costs?
No hidden extras. The price I quote covers everything we've agreed. If you ask for something that would cost more, I'll tell you before I do it.
Is there a limit on pages?
Not really. The price covers what a typical small business site needs, whether that's 5 pages or 15. If you need something much bigger, like an online shop or a large catalogue, I'll give you a fixed price upfront, before anything starts.
What happens after 12 months on pay monthly?
You can stay on £99 a month for as long as it's useful, or cancel. If you cancel, the website goes offline at the end of your last paid month, unless you'd like to buy it outright at a price we agree.
Can I change care plan later?
Yes. You can move between Essential, Plus and Pro whenever you like. There are no contracts on care plans.
